FCC Receives OMB Approval for Advanced Wireless Services Rules

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has obtained Office of Management and Budget (OMB) approval for new rules governing advanced wireless services in the 1.7 GHz and 2.1 GHz Bands, following a public notice and comment period that began in May 2006.
