FCC Proposes Rules to Address Issues with Subscription-Based Radio Services

The Federal Communications Commission is seeking public comment on proposed rules to regulate subscription-based radio services, including spectrum fees, public interest requirements, and disclosure rules, in an effort to address unresolved issues from its Second Report and Order, FCC 07-33.
