FCC Retains Exclusive Contract Prohibition for 5 Years, Modifies Program Access Dispute Resolution Procedures

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has extended the prohibition on exclusive contracts for satellite cable programming and satellite broadcast programming between vertically integrated programming vendors and cable operators for five years, while also modifying the procedures for resolving program access disputes.
