Revised Auction Procedure for 700 MHz Band Licenses

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has announced a revised procedure for the upcoming auctions of 700 MHz Band licenses, including a ten percent default payment for the D Block license, and additional guidance on the Network Sharing Agreement with the new national Public Safety Broadband Licensee.
