FCC to Consider Rules for Forbearance and Broadcast Ownership

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) will consider several proposals and rulemakings, including a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking for the Do-Not-Call Registry and a review of the Commission's Broadcast Ownership Rules, as part of its 2006 Quadrennial Regulatory Review and 2002 Biennial Regulatory Review.
