FDA Transition to Federal Dockets Management System
The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is transitioning from its current Dockets system to the Federal Dockets Management System (FDMS) on January 15, 2008, and will no longer accept electronic comments through its website. Electronic comments can still be submitted through the Federal eRulemaking Portal.
