FDA Announces Proposed Collection of Information for Device Registration Under Paperwork Reduction Act

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has submitted a proposed collection of information to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for emergency processing, requiring device establishments to submit registration and listing information electronically by 2024, unless granted a waiver by the Secretary of Health and Human Services.
