FDA Releases Draft Guidance on Statement of Investigator Form

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has made available a draft guidance document to help institutional review boards, clinical investigators, and sponsors complete the Statement of Investigator form (Form FDA 1572) for clinical investigations of investigational drugs and biologics.
