FDA Announces Prescription Drug User Fee Rates for Fiscal Year 2009

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has announced the prescription drug user fee rates for fiscal year 2009, which will be effective on October 1, 2008. The rates include $1,247,200 for applications requiring clinical data, $623,600 for applications not requiring clinical data, $425,600 for establishment fees, and $71,520 for product fees.
