FDA Announces Animal Drug User Fee Rates for Fiscal Year 2009

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has set the user fee rates for fiscal year 2009 under the Animal Drug User Fee Act program, which authorizes the agency to collect fees for certain animal drug applications and products, and will issue invoices by December 31, 2008, for payment by January 1, 2009.
