FDA Confirms Effective Date for Medical Device Reporting Rule

The FDA confirmed the effective date of October 27, 2008, for the final rule amending the Medical Device Reporting regulation, which removes the requirement for baseline reports, following its publication in the Federal Register on June 13, 2008 (73 FR 33692).
