FDA Publishes Draft Compliance Policy Guide for Prior Notice of Imported Food

The FDA has released a draft Compliance Policy Guide outlining the requirements for prior notice of imported food under the Public Health Security and Bioterrorism Preparedness and Response Act of 2002, as part of its efforts to enforce the Bioterrorism Act and related regulations.
