Sex Differences in the Cardiovascular Device Trials; Public Workshop

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is announcing a public workshop entitled "Sex Differences in the Cardiovascular Device Trials." FDA is co-sponsoring the conference with the Advanced Medical Technology Association (AdvaMed). The purpose of the workshop is to facilitate discussion between FDA and other interested parties on the study and analysis of sex and gender differences in cardiovascular medical device trials, in anticipation of issuance of draft guidance on this subject.

Proposed Data Collection Submitted for Public Comment and Recommendations

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), as part of its continuing effort to reduce public burden and maximize the utility of government information, invites the general public and other federal agencies the opportunity to comment on a proposed information collection, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. This notice invites comment on a proposed information collection project titled Public Health Crisis Response (PHCR) Cooperative Agreement. The Public Health Crisis Response (PHCR) Cooperative Agreement provides rapid funding to help existing public health programs respond to major public health emergencies and crises.
