FDA Publishes Draft Guidance for Tissue Expander Device

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has released a draft guidance document outlining how tissue expander devices can meet the special controls requirements for Class II medical devices, in preparation for a proposed rule to classify these devices under the new classification system.
