Foreign Claims Settlement Commission Modifies Privacy Act Systems of Records

The Foreign Claims Settlement Commission is updating its Privacy Act Systems of Records to allow for disclosure of data in response to data breaches, following a 30-day public comment period and a 40-day review by the Office of Management and Budget.
