DEA Establishes Quotas for List I Chemicals Under Combat Methamphetamine Epidemic Act

The US Department of Justice's Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) is implementing new regulations for the import and production of certain List I chemicals, including ephedrine, pseudoephedrine, and phenylpropanolamine, in response to the Combat Methamphetamine Epidemic Act of 2005, which was enacted in March 2006.
