US Marshals Service Proposes Changes to Employee Assistance Program Records System

The United States Marshals Service is proposing to modify a system of records related to its Employee Assistance Program, and is issuing a public notice in accordance with the Privacy Act of 1974. The proposed changes were previously published in the Federal Register on November 8, 1999, and modified on January 31, 2001, and January 25, 2007.
