DEA Proposes 2008 Assessment of Annual Needs for List I Chemicals Ephedrine, Pseudoephedrine, and Phenylpropanolamine

The US Department of Justice's Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) has proposed the initial assessment of annual needs for ephedrine, pseudoephedrine, and phenylpropanolamine in 2008, as required by the Combat Methamphetamine Epidemic Act of 2005, which was enacted on March 9, 2006.
