EPA Lodges Proposed First Amendment to Superfund Consent Decree

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has lodged a proposed first amendment to a consent decree under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act of 1980 (CERCLA), also known as Superfund. The EPA will accept comments on the proposed amendment for 60 days.
