U.S. Munitions Import List and Import Restrictions Applicable to Certain Countries (2005R-5P) Updated

The U.S. government has revised its import restrictions on defense articles from certain countries, adding Afghanistan and removing South Africa and some former Soviet Union states, while lifting an arms embargo on Serbia and Montenegro and updating outdated references.
