Establishment of 2008 Annual Needs Assessment for List I Chemicals Ephedrine, Pseudoephedrine, and Phenylpropanolamine

The US government has issued a notice establishing the initial assessment of annual needs for certain List I chemicals, including ephedrine, pseudoephedrine, and phenylpropanolamine, in accordance with the Combat Methamphetamine Epidemic Act of 2005, which was enacted on March 9, 2006.
