U.S. Department of State Seeks Proposals for Intensive Summer Language Institutes for Teachers Program

The U.S. Department of State's Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs (ECA) is seeking proposals from eligible organizations to administer an intensive summer language program for U.S. teachers, focusing on Arabic, Chinese (Mandarin), and Russian languages in China and Russia, respectively.
