Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs Seeks Grant Proposals for Critical Language Scholarships

The Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs is soliciting proposals from eligible organizations to administer Critical Language Scholarships for Intensive Summer Institutes, providing foreign language instruction overseas for American students, with a total funding of $10,000,000 for FY 2010.
