Department of State Submits 30-Day Notice for Form DS-6004: Request to Change End User, End Use and/or Destination of Hardware

The Department of State has submitted a 30-day notice to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for approval of a proposed information collection, Form DS-6004, which requires business organizations to report changes in end user, end use, and/or destination of hardware, with an estimated annual burden of 1,470 hours.
