U.S. Department of State Submits 30-Day Notice for Proposed Information Collection: Request for Advisory Opinion

The U.S. Department of State has submitted a request to the Office of Management and Budget for approval of a form, DS-6001, which is used by business organizations to request an advisory opinion, as part of its ongoing efforts to comply with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
