US Department of State Proposes Changes to Exchange Visitor Program Regulations

The US Department of State is proposing to update the General Provisions of the Exchange Visitor Program regulations, which have not been revised in over 15 years, to address public diplomacy and foreign policy concerns, including monitoring program sponsors and ensuring the safety of foreign nationals participating in the program.
