30-Day Notice of Proposed Information Collection: DS-4076 Commodity Jurisdiction (CJ) Determination Form; OMB Control Number 1405-0163

The Department of State is seeking OMB approval to extend its use of the DS-4076 Commodity Jurisdiction (CJ) Determination Form for 465 responses annually, with a total estimated burden of 4,650 hours per year, as part of its defense trade control efforts.
