U.S. Department of State Submits 30-Day Notice for Revised Consular Report Form DS-2029

The Department of State has submitted a revised information collection request to the Office of Management and Budget for approval, which will affect parents or legal guardians of U.S. citizen children born overseas, requiring them to submit the Application for Consular Report of Birth Abroad of a Citizen of the United States of America form, DS-2029.
