U.S. Department of State Submits 30-Day Notice for DS-1884 Form, Petition for Special Immigrant Classification

The Department of State has submitted a request to the Office of Management and Budget for approval of the DS-1884 form, which is used by aliens petitioning for immigrant visas under the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA) 203(b)(4) to classify themselves as employees or former employees of the U.S. government abroad.
