U.S. Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs Announces Open Competition for Professional Fellows Program Grants

The U.S. Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs is seeking grant proposals from eligible U.S. public and non-profit organizations to support the Professional Fellows Program, a four- to eight-week internship program in the U.S. for foreign participants, and reciprocal fellowships for U.S. participants, promoting mutual understanding and partnerships between U.S. and foreign professional groups.
