FEMA Declares Major Disaster in Arkansas Following Severe Storms and Tornadoes

The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has issued a Notice of Presidential declaration of a major disaster for Public Assistance Only in Arkansas, effective April 28, 2009, following severe storms and tornadoes that occurred from April 9, 2009, with physical loan applications due by June 29, 2009, and economic injury loan applications due by January 28, 2010.
