South Dakota Disaster Declaration Amendment for Public Assistance

The Presidential declaration for Public Assistance has been amended for the State of South Dakota, following severe storms and flooding from March 11, 2009, to July 6, 2009, with a new effective date of July 6, 2009, and loan application deadlines for physical and economic injury loans set for August 17, 2009, and March 16, 2010, respectively.
