SBA Terminates Nonmanufacturer Rule Waiver for Radio Telephones

The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) is ending a waiver for small businesses to not manufacture radio telephones, due to a recent discovery of a small business manufacturer, requiring recipients of contracts set aside for small businesses to source products from small business manufacturers or processors.
