SBA Proposes Changes to 8(a) Business Development and Small Disadvantaged Business Programs

The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) proposes changes to the 8(a) Business Development and Small Disadvantaged Business programs, as well as its size regulations, to address technical and substantive issues. The proposed rule aims to clarify and refine the current regulations to better serve small businesses, including Native Hawaiian Organizations.
