FTC to Request Public Comments on Rules and Guides as Part of Systematic Review

The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) is planning to request public comments on its rules and guides, which may be affected by technological, economic, or industry changes, as part of its systematic review of all FTC rules and guides. The FTC also announced a revised 10-year regulatory review schedule.
