Plan of Action Under the Defense Production Act (Material Sufficiency Committee)

The Department of Energy released a plan of action for the Material Sufficiency Committee under the Nuclear Fuel Cycle Consortium Voluntary Agreement, following a public meeting and public comment period. The plan was approved by the Secretary of Energy after consultation with the Attorney General and Chairman of the Federal Trade Commission.
