Federal Reserve Publishes Final Rule on Home Mortgage Disclosure Regulation

The Federal Reserve has published a final rule amending the staff commentary for Regulation C, which governs home mortgage disclosure, confirming that the asset-size exemption threshold for depository institutions remains unchanged at $39 million, despite a minor decrease in the Consumer Price Index for Urban Wage Earners and Clerical Workers (CPIW) over the past year.
