NASA Develops Crew Exploration Vehicle (CEV) Under National Environmental Policy Act Guidelines

NASA has made a Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI) for the proposed development of the Crew Exploration Vehicle (CEV), a reusable spacecraft designed for human space exploration of the Moon and beyond, with the goal of providing access to the International Space Station by 2014.
