EPA Revises Michigan State Implementation Plan Format for Air Quality Implementation Plans

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is revising the format of materials submitted by the state of Michigan that are incorporated by reference (IBR) into its State Implementation Plan (SIP), primarily affecting the 'Identification of plan' section and the format of SIP materials available for public inspection. The EPA is also adding a table to summarize approval actions on non-regulatory and quasi-regulatory portions of the Michigan SIP.
