Federal Transit Administration Issues Proposed Circulars for Elderly and Disabled Programs, Requests Public Comment

The Federal Transit Administration has released proposed guidance for implementing the Elderly Individuals and Individuals with Disabilities, Job Access and Reverse Commute, and New Freedom Programs, starting in FY 2007, and invites public comment on the proposed circulars.
