Bureau of Industry and Security Corrects Export Administration Regulations Error

The Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) has published a correction to a 2006 rule that amended the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) to reflect changes to the Missile Technology Control Regime (MTCR) Annex, following an error in the original amendatory language for ECCN 9A120.
