IRS Proposes Regulations for Section 987 QBU Income and Loss Reporting

The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) has released proposed regulations to clarify the reporting of income and loss from qualified business units (QBU) under Section 987 of the Internal Revenue Code, affecting corporations and individuals with QBU subject to Section 987.
