FTA Proposes Policy on Classification of HOV to HOT Lanes for Funding Formulas

The Federal Transit Administration (FTA) is seeking public comment on its proposed policy for classifying High-Occupancy Vehicle (HOV) lanes converted to High-Occupancy/Toll (HOT) lanes as 'fixed guideway miles' for transit funding formulas, and when such lanes would be ineligible for this classification.
