TransCanada Seeks Waiver for Pipeline Pressure Compliance in Maine

TransCanada Pipelines Limited, operator of the Portland Natural Gas Transmission System, is requesting a waiver from PHMSA regulations to avoid revising the maximum allowable operating pressure of certain pipeline segments in Windham, Maine, following a class location change.
