National Advisory Committee on Microbiological Criteria for Foods to Hold Public Meetings on Food Safety Topics

The National Advisory Committee on Microbiological Criteria for Foods (NACMCF) will host public meetings on September 18-22, 2006, to discuss key food safety issues, including cooking parameters for safe seafood and the importance of Mycobacterium avium subspecies paratuberculosis.
