Railroad Retirement Board Amends Regulations to Allow Electronic Notification of Settlements and Final Judgments

The Railroad Retirement Board has updated its rules to enable railroad employers to notify the Board of settlements and final judgments related to injuries for which sickness benefits have been paid under the Railroad Unemployment Insurance Act, either in writing or via electronic message, such as email.
