EPA Comments on Environmental Impact Statements and Regulations

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has raised environmental concerns regarding the potential impacts on watershed resources, including water quality and habitat, groundwater quality and quantity, and air quality. The EPA urges these impacts to be avoided or mitigated.
