DoD Issues Interim Rule to Prohibit Acquisition from Communist Chinese Military Companies

The US Department of Defense has issued an interim rule to amend the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement, implementing a provision from the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2006 that prohibits the acquisition of US Munitions List items from Communist Chinese military companies.
