DoD Issues Interim Rule on Tiered Evaluation of Offers for Defense Contracts

The US Department of Defense has published an interim rule to implement Section 816 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2006, requiring the DoD to provide guidance on the use of tiered evaluation of offers for defense contracts and task or delivery orders.
