NMFS Requests Comments on Proposal to Take Marine Mammals for Harbor Redevelopment Project

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) is seeking public comments on a proposal to incidentally take small numbers of Pacific harbor seals and California sea lions during the redevelopment of Moss Landing Harbor in California, as part of a larger project to revitalize the harbor.
